Published product prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD). For a piece marked Coming Soon or Contact Us, ask Client Services for pricing. Confirm the complete amount for your order before making a payment.

Ask Client Services which payment methods can be used for your order and confirm the amount before proceeding. This website does not currently collect payments through an online checkout.

Contact Client Services through the channel you used for your request. Include the product link and the change you would like to make, and ask whether it is still possible.

Send the product link, your order reference if available, and a short description of your question. For an issue with an item, include clear photos through your existing support conversation.

Check the guidance for the specific item before exposing it to water. Do not infer water resistance or suitability for swimming from its appearance, category or product name.
